Great 24-hour restaurant serving breakfast any time. They also serve 5 or 6 different varieties of Eggs Benedict also any time. The only place I've found eggs Benedict any day of the week much less any time of day.

First time to ever eat here, was out in St. Charles and used yelp to find a good place. I have to say the homemade salad dressing is outstanding. In general the food was very good. The service was excellent, the servers and busboys worked well together, I am a big ice tea drinker and a server not for my table brought me a refill. I would certainly suggest if you're looking for home-cooked meals you try this place when you're in St. Charles!

All of our family loved everything they ordered. Great home cooking breakfast. Best thing about this place though is the friendly and attentive staff. Glad this place popped up on Yelp.

Food and service was good , but lacks decor does not allow smoking or ecigs anymore . We will be back !

Everything we ate tasted like old frozen food, even the French fries. The salad was WAY overdressed. The pie also tasted frozen. We should have just ordered breakfast for dinner! Our server was super nice so that's the one star. The rest was almost inedible.

Ok, Gingham's I miss you in South County. Seriously, I have no clue why you migrated from the south side and only have one location in the north side, but that is ok. Whenever I am in Weldon Springs, I will still come visit you. Gingham's is a breakfast/dinner/smorgasbord awesomeness that services breakfast and dinner food all day, 24/7. Their rasperry lemonade is to die for and their omelettes are pretty top notch. If you order a side of pancakes, they really give you a side of pancakes, not like the smaller petite pancake "mini-me's" you can find at the local IHOP. When I was there they had an issue with their Wi-Fi and my phone couldn't resolve an IP address, but who cares? Their food is their best experience! The prices are pretty affordable too. If you cannot stand the high prices of The Pancake House in Chesterfield, I suggest driving a few more miles to St. Charles and visit Gingham's.

I honestly don't think I have ever had a bad meal here. It's been consistent for 3 years now. It's great comfort food.

We decided to stop here for a quick lunch rather than go to the predictable chain restaurants littering I-70. Breakfast is served all day, so my companion had a turkey and spinach omelet with a generous side of "just right" pancakes. I had the buffalo wings recommended by the waitress. They took 15 minutes because they're made to order, and even though the "hot" wasn't very, they were crispy and saucy and gorgeous. Big serves, friendly service, easy access from the freeway -- I'd definitely stop there again.

Great food and cheap kids meal. Great place to go on the weekend and they have a rewards program. My family can easily eat for under $30.

I must admit, I only go to Ginghams for breakfast. They have the ultimate breakfast food. If you are looking for warm fuzzy, comfort food, this is your place. The menu has been updated and I like the new changes. You'll have to check them out to appreciate them. The country fried steak is to die for. The coffee is always good and the staff is friendly. Very inviting place and I will always be back.

Great food. Good service. Their country club omelet is amazing. I've been coming here since I was a child. One of my favorite breakfast places.

Waitress was very rude last time I was there. Made us feel unwelcomed. Waited forever for our food and then when it came out it was just mediocre to me. Won't be back

What a find! Hubby wanted fried chicken and it was the BEST -takes 25 min to make it fresh. My chicken salad included bacon + fresh croutons and don't forget to try their house dressing! The service was great and helpful (Caitlin). The older decor brings it down a notch but we'll be back when in st.louis. Kudos to the chefs.

On the fence with this place... Actually, food is decent but not grand for diner dinning... Though, fried chicken is good, local favorite and always busy. I believe the prices are a bit high for the meal, though go for the specials! And great place to go with family.

As good as it gets when it comes to homestyle diner food! I've been to Ginghams more times than I can count and it's an excellent place for homestyle diner type food. No, it isn't fancy. Yes, it does look like it was last renovated in the early 90s. But the restaurant is very clean and the tables are well stocked with country bob's steak sauce and tabasco sauce. I've had everything from the meatloaf, salisbury steak, and fried chicken to the omelettes, pancakes, and biscuits and gravy. Everything is good. The food comes fast and hot to the table. My favorite dishes are the chili dog, the beef barley soup (served on Wednesdays), and the ribs and kraut. The clientele is a nice mix of everyone from college students to senior citizens. The waitstaff is stellar and their rewards program is really good too (enough points and you get either dollars off your bill or a certain percentage off). This place is good. It all tastes homemade or close there to it. Go and enjoy!

Good food at good prices. But needs a decor upgrade. Also they allow smoking in a section even though it's right next to the non smoking section with poor ventilation.

This place is sure thing, it's like a Denny's mixed with an IHOP...and some additional "diner" feel. It's 24 hours, friendly, and spot on with food choices and quality. My favorite thing is the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich or the Reuben. Both are winners. Try the fried green beans too!!! They are wonderful.

Ginghams is a classic of St. Charles that has been around for sometime now! They have a good selection of appetizers, sandwiches, soups, and salads, that are all a reasonably priced! The house salad as well as the Supreme Burger are excellent and every time I have gotten it has been cooked to perfection! The mustard potato salad is also amazing! They also have a large selection of breakfast that is served all day! The only complaint is a strong lingering odor of cigarette smoke throughout the ENTIRE restaurant, clothes normally smell of smoke by the time I leave! This is a very good restaurant though to eat at when looking for a good family restaurant or when looking for a late night meal with their 24 hour service!

I'll be honest, I've been here a few times and the nostalgia has already worn off for me. My first trip was a novelty stop, we had our nephew for the weekend and decided to take him someplace different for breakfast. The food was good, and service wasn't lacking at all. I think, especially after having been back for other meals, that breakfast might be their best meal. I liked my food each time I've gone, but it just seems like it got less and less impressive each time I go. My last visit was with my mom and stepdad, who kept going on and on about how much my grandparents used to love this place when they would visit their friends in St. Charles. By the time our food was put away and the bill was paid, we all left wondering if Grandma and Grandpa enjoyed the place better because they were with good company, or if it had significantly changed over the years. The thing is, the food here isn't bad, it just doesn't stand out. In addition, the location is in a relatively difficult spot to get to, depending on the direction you are coming from. It sits right off the I-70 exit on First Capitol Dr and at times, crossing traffic to get in on that left turn can be a pain in the arse! DO I think it is worth a visit once in a while, yeah, it will stay in my back pocket for places I haven't been to in a while, but it's not going to be on my short list for places to go to. It's more of a, next time Grandpa comes to town kinda place. We like it, we know he likes it, why not stop in and let him have some familiar food and a few memories at the same time?

Good food and decent prices. Love the vegetable beef soup! Although it's very hard to get more than 2 napkins a table. I eat here all of the time, and when I had an issue the owner was quick to fix it and continue take me feel welcome, that's the type of service you don't see too often anymore.

Great family style diner, open 24 hours, I love that. We went for breakfast right before flying out of St. Louie. The omelets were good sized with nice quality ingredients. The pancakes were large fluffy and great tasting. The sausage links were good, fairly average though. I do have to say that the chicken fried steak is fresh and crisoy with perfect seasoning. The gravy was creamy with tasty chunks of sausage in it. The hash browns were shreded frozen ones, which were good. I had mine crispy and they were tasty and not dry. My only negative comments are the food takes a fairly long time and the coffee is mediocre at best.

This place is always horrid. Horrible service. Last 3 times I've been there it's been such bad service one time I got up cause it took 10+ minutes to even get a drink. Old hag lady's always waiting on everyone and they're always having an attitude. One time the manager even followed me to my car wondering why I was leaving.

This is the best 24 hour retro cheesy grub place around. Great and inexpensive breakfast, the best wings/fried chicken for many miles and even delicious and fresh salads. Melts and other sandwiches are good as well. Consistently good service too. Now if they can only get rid of the smoking section!

I came here craving pancakes. My eggs and bacon were made exactly the way I wanted, the service was good, but the pancakes were not. Even with butter & syrup they were still bad. Disappointing. Hi Craig, I was there around 8 or 9am on 5/8. I appreciate you following up. Thanks, Megan

It's sort of like an Uncle Bill's type of place but in St. Charles. That's kind of how I see it...although I don't know how many people come here late late at night for hang-over curing/preventing comfort food but since it's close to Lindenwood, I would assume a few, at least. The food isn't amazing but it's not bad for the price either. If you check in on 4square, you can get a discount off your total bill. It's a small amount but still worth it! I ordered Eggs Benedict and they were only so/so. I'd probably go for French Toast instead next time, though, as Sean H. ordered some and it was pretty dang good. Not as good as Uncle Bills in his opinion but since this place is much closer to us than UB's, we'll probably come here more often. Also great for when you sleep in on a weekend (like really really late) and the other places in the area serving breakfast are already closed or not serving breakfast anymore. But yeah, the Eggs I had weren't that great mostly because the Canadian bacon was WAY too tough and hard to chew and had a lot of fatty spots on them. The Hollandaise sauce was drowning the English muffins to the point that they weren't even considered a baked good by the time I ate them, more like a pile of mush. I think they need to use less Hollandaise but I am not sure..... the flavor was good otherwise, and the eggs were poached correctly. Came with an abundance of hashbrowns. Service was pleasant and prompt. Lots of old ladies dining here on a Sunday afternoon probably after church or something. Takes me back to my childhood days when I'd do the same with my grandma.

24 hour diner that permits smoking... and is nostalgic I have hade a 1 AM breakfast a few times here. Everyone seems to know each other. There are specials on a sign on the table for the budget minded. A nice sized menu for selection is also provided. The waitresses are very friendly, but I have went here with regulars. The food has always been really good, but I have only had breakfast. However, I am not from around here & do not smoke so I want to rate it is A-OK. I admit it may be that my friends that are regulars have oversold the place to me from the start (they are not yelpers). If I smoked and had memories, this would be 5 star.

The number of cars in the parking lot combined with the steady flow of patrons was a good indication this was a popular place. We had a short 10-minute wait and was seated with a nice view of beautiful pine tree. Our breakfast was good I had the Irish skillet and was very pleased.

This would be 5-star rating, but let's face it; its not a "five-star" kinda place. There is NOTHING wrong with that either!!! I LOVE this place, and recommend it every chance I get. I have been there countless times since I moved here several years ago, and "almost" every time the time the food was FANTASTIC! ..and when it wasnt, it was promptly and courteously "replaced" at my request(just be nice about it people). Classic "greasy spoon" goodness here, especially after a "night out". That being said, that can be somewhat of a caveat for the "unknowing", but that's not the restaurant's fault, IMO. Just be warned, come "bar closing time" ALOT of intoxicated people(some much "happier" than others), tend to show up to get their grub on and sober up some...and that's fine with me; just be warned. Seen some crazy stuff there, and some hilarious stuff too. Really, it can be QUITE entertaining....lol. Extra kudos for the staff that has to put up with some of that craziness; and they do so with much more restraint that I ever could. For the record, I have been there at ALL times of the day, not just "crazy hour(s)"....always good food. Yes, the service can be a little "spotty" at times(especially if they get unexpectedly "slammed"), and yes, the food can take a little longer than it should; but its worth the wait. Very generous portions, and if you want something that isnt on the menu, ask nicely and they might be able to accommodate you...not saying this will work every time, but it has for me in the past. Kind of baffled at ANY of the reviews here that said ALL the food was bad. I can honestly say I have NEVER had ANYTHING explicitly "bad" come out of that kitchen that wasnt immediately corrected(usually I sent it back because I "special ordered" something without onions or something and they forgot to exclude whatever..probably tasted great, I am just VERY picky). I am a dyed in the wool "foodie", and "amateur cook"; I like to think I have a pretty good "palette"(FTR...I love onion flavor, just cant do the raw/partially cooked texture...probably some sort of "onion" trauma at a very young age...lol, I really don't know). Different strokes for different folks I guess....maybe the "negative" reviewers are used to some "chain buffet" restaurant "food", and I am using the term "food" generously here; but hands down Gingham's has got "the goods". Or, maybe Gingham's (whatever) doesnt taste like their grandma's (whatever), but really...Gingham's does a great job, making great food. And is invaluable when I don't feel like cooking, or need a good night cap. My "bar closing" days are long gone, though I will occasionally stop in "late night" just for fun. Yes, the decor is somewhat "dated", but to me that is part of the "charm"....let's call it "retro"....:) Seriously, I would rather they keep concentrating on the food rather than new "cosmetics", that will probably be outdated in 5 years anyway. The current seating is VERY COMFORTABLE, and that is ALL that matters to me in that department. So enjoy the late night show come 1:00am or so(PG-13 *at least*..lol), or get a good breakfast/lunch/dinner at a reasonable price at any other time(all ages..:)). Being open 24/7 is a HUGE plus in my opinion as well. Again, I love this place, it is a hidden treasure(literally, kinda tricky getting into the parking lot if you havent been there before) and I go as often as I can. No, its not "health food", but it is GREAT FOOD....and as long as I live in the area, this will be part of my "non-diet" routine....no contest. THANK YOU!!!

I must say, I was surprised when I read the comments stating the waitresses/hostess were rude. We were greeted with a warm hello and seated very quickly. Our waitress Bailey was very helpful and patient when we asked for suggestions since it was our first visit. I ordered the everything omelet minus the celery. It was HUGE and delicious. The hash browns were very crispy. Hubby had the country fried steak, mashed potatoes, & green beans. I guess there were good because they disappeared quickly. I highly recommend you save room for dessert. Hubby ordered the strawberry cheesecake and it is fabulous. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is the smoking. Definitely worth stopping for a meal!

So if you didn't know I drive over the road. I am always looking for that one place in each town that I visit regularly that will bring me back. I found that place in St Charles Missouri....after reading some reviews on yelp about Ginghams I decided to give it a try. FYI I am a stickler for cleanliness, quality, taste, value and overall experience. A 24/7 diner setting, playing oldies, in a clean well lit environment, what more could you ask for..... How about full menu 24/7, how about great coffee served in individual pots, nice friendly staff recommending their favorites and serving in a timely manner. It's about great food, great prices in a clean well maintained establishment. Gus's face said it all when I enquired about the eggs Benedict, ordered and devoured, thanks Gus. Served with shredded hash browns the hollandaise sauce was tasty... Awesome choice. Breakfast favorites, lunch specials, burgers, sandwiches, and dinner plates.... Something for everybody here .. check it out, you will be glad you did.

There a reasons to be doing cross country road trips and this is one of them. It ain't no haute cuisine and I ain't expecting it to be. Start with a layer of fried potatoes, layer on a couple scrambled eggs, add a layer of fried chicken bits, and pour on sausage gravy. Add a biscuit on the side with more sausage gravy. Dashes of hot sauce and you've got fuel for 400 miles. Staff was fun, joking around with the regulars about our VT license plate and decent coffee. These are times that warm men's souls.

In town for a wedding and wanted a good breakfast place to meet other out-of-town family and friends, and Yelp led us here. Fast seating for our large group on a Sunday even though it was PACKED! Good service and plenty of drink refills without asking :) Food was really good, especially my fried chicken scramble! Yum Yum! Only complaint was very very little butter on our toast, no one in our group liked that. Will come back if we ever hit up St Louis again in the future!

I tried this place the other day and it was unbelievably good. I had the country fried steak and it was awesome!! The service was also very good. Our waitress even offered me a soda to go at the end of the meal. I have tried country fried steaks in restaurants all over the country and this was one of the best. Great taste and the best gravy ever. The prices are very reasonable. Me and my girlfriend ate there for about 22 to 23 dollars. She also loved her meal as well. I would definitely give this place a try if you're in the area. VERY SATISFIED!!

I've ate here many times over the years. The prices are good. I've ate more breakfast than anything as I usually stop in after a late concert or for breakfast/brunch with friends and family. The service is always fast and friendly even when they are busy. The breakfast has always been great. I've had a couple hit and misses on lunch and dinner but nothing that has kept me from coming back.

Service was great and the food was too! Standard breakfast fare done well with smiles from everyone--it was a Sat morning and the restaurant was slammed with business but everyone worked together and served lots of folks quickly Would be a regular breakfast stop if we lived in the area!

Gingham's holds a special place in my sentimental little heart. When I was an undergrad at Lindenwood, I went to Gingham's at least three (late) nights a week for soup and a fudge flat top. Oh, the crazy college memories... I'll never forget my slightly-inebriated roommate ordering seven servings of bacon and dunking them in house dressing. Eww. I met with so many study groups here and celebrated so many special occasions over a Gingham's meal. I actually met my fiance at Gingham's too, so Gingham's has become "our place." The food is consistently delicious and the service is always friendly. It's that kind of down-home place where you can see the same folks at the same table every night of the week. There's a reason for that... Gingham's is good. Period. End of discussion.

This place seems to be trying to compete with mainstream diner foods like IHOP and Denny's and I have to say the beat the pants off of Denny's and are about on par with IHOP. The food is pretty good. They have an excellent hollendaise sauce which makes their Eggs Benedict or country club omelets worth trying. Their pancakes are nice, light, and fluffy, and their cooks generally cook your food just as you order it (haven't ordered my eggs over medium and gotten back over hard or over easy before). Their dinner and lunch menu for me was just okay, I felt stuff could have used more seasoning, but over all it was on par. Me and my friends have often used this place as a late at night hang out, shared a batch of fried mozzarella sticks and mushrooms and just sat and enjoyed ourselves for a bit while we catch up with each other. I will say that if I was just judging the food this place would be a very solid 3 stars. However, while what makes a restaurant worth coming to is about 80 or 90 the food, the service is what separates good restaurants from great ones. The service is nice and friendly, the waiters/waitresses are knowledgeable about the food and will give you honest opinions, they are personable and will put up with a group of people sitting at their table for hours without ever giving you the "I wish these guys would just leave" look. You feel welcome and that's what puts this place over similar restaurants for me. I'd give this place 80 out of 100, squeaking this place by with its 4 stars.

Great for breakfast! Gingham's is a St. Charles landmark. They have the best breakfasts, hands down, and lots of breakfast specials all the time. I like to stick to the basics - eggs (over easy, of course!), hash browns, and sausage....or bacon...or sausage! Everything is tasty, and very inexpensive. The servers are really fun and friendly.

Grandpeeps get your discount cards. This place doubles as a retirement home outing destination for seniors everywhere. Gingham's is traditional American fare. Sammiches, fried goods and breakfast foods. Hospitality is top notch. Not a fan of the permitted smoking near my Belgium waffles, but what can you do? They definitely threw down on my eggs benedict and my friggin' hashbrowns were browned to the perfect medium crispiness. I tipped the waitress a solid 50% just because. Plus they give you an entire pot of coffee for every table. The grandpa at the nearest table had a plethora of rolls with honey butter, then they ordered fried chicken which appeared to boast an entire clucker plus 2 corn on the cob. After I saw this 70-something demolish all of this food, I heard talk of pumpkin pie. I swear he only weighed a buck fifty.... it was like watching that crazy Asian eat all those hot dogs. Wow.

We're in here once or twice a month - when we lived in St. Charles it was more often; but now it's a good 30 minute drive each way so it's less often. However, that's the only reason as we simply love the place. We normally go late in the evening; but today we went in for an early dinner (about 5pm) and the service was good like always; and the food was good like always. I do sincerely wish I could recall our server's name as she was exceptional. The menu is fairly varied and really nothing stands out to me; but I think that's because everything is always good so I tend to try something different almost every time. The closest thing I have to a complaint would be that the food can show up a little too quickly if you've ordered an appetizer; but that's a minor nitpick and it happens almost everywhere. With regards to the review mentioning the FourSquare discount - it's 20% which I consider a pretty good discount for doing nothing other than checking in. Simply pull it up on your phone and show it to the cashier. I wish more places made it that easy. If you're looking for fancy and upscale it's not the place for you; but if you are looking for good food, fairly reasonably priced, in a friendly environment - well then Gingham's is high on my list.

I went here the other night for a cup of coffee on my way out of town to KC. I was hungry and couldn't decide between the chicken quesadilla and the potato skins. So I got both. (I was hungry). There was so. much. cheese. The quesadillas were just amazing, the potato skins were good - both prepared with a "made it in your own kitchen" style. Nothing fancy. I could have cooked both in my house, but I didn't have to. The price was beyond decent (basically, two appetizers a coffee and my usual 30% tip ended up as $17). The service was good. As always, the company I keep tends to improve the mood of any wait staff available in a restaurant, so my experience was good. I don't think I've written this in a review yet, but you can't expect a waiter or waitress to go above and beyond with you if you don't treat them like a person. I've only had a handful of truly abysmal service experiences in my life, and I think it is because when I go into a restaurant, I smile and interact with the wait staff like they're going to be handling my food for the next hour (basically, like I talk to my Mom or my sister when I'm visiting). Ok, enough of the rant...

Very disappointed after reading the positive reviews. If you grew up going there, then I can understand the nostalgia factor and they have very friendly service. But otherwise, avoid it - they allow smoking inside (we brought our children because we understood it to be a family restaurant) and the food is all fat and carbs. Stick with the breakfast menu if you must go here.

You get what you pay for, pretty decent food at great prices. There is a reason they have been around for so long and with being open 24 hours and a new location by my house, it's hard to beat for breakfast or late night eating. Great food? No, not really but pretty good food and good service? Yes.

  • Anita S.

Consistently good food in a family friendly environment. The menu is extensive, mainly home-style fair as the name implies. I have 3 children and the servers never bat an eye at the (sorry!) mess that the baby inevitably makes. The managers make the rounds of the dining room to be certain that everyone is happy with their meal. The non smoking hours have been extended, which makes me very happy! We have been coming here for years starting with the overnight hours while we were dating to coming in with our children now; it is our always comfy, always good food, go-to place.

Oh boy. According to their website, it was voted best breakfast in STL. Really?? I'm going to assume that the only people they surveyed were the folks at the retirement communities. Come on... rubbery eggs, odd tasting pancakes, and some bacon flavored strips of meat? Waitress...Was it something I said? Now on to the seating arrangements. Now I'm all about meeting new people, but when you sit me on granny's lap and she's not my granny, I prefer to have a conversation with MY family, not hers. These tables are literally bumped together with 8 chairs when they should be 2 tables of 4. Not a chance ... ever again.

When I can I always go to Ihop because I am not close to one. This time I wanted to try something different. I was not disappointed. Their service is amazing. The prices affordable. The portions are huge. The food was delish. I really like the pancakes. American fries(fried taters). We liked it so much we ate there both mornings we were in town and didn't visit Ihop once!

We were looking for a 24 hour restaurant, so after reading reviews on Yelp, we decided to check out Gingham's. The food is about what you'd expect from a 24 hour diner. Breakfast available all day. We got a toasted ravioli appetizer. It was so-so. Had better last time I was in St. Louis. A bit pricey for the amount you got, too. My husband & I both got the chicken cordon bleau sandwich. It was good, but they use far too much butter. I expected it to be a bit greasy, but sheesh. Decent food for the price, but nothing to write home about.

I would eat here for breakfast every morning if I woke up early enough to go and still make it into work.

I have been taking my kids to breakfast at Ginghams for 9 years. Everything about the place is completely authentic. You feel, coming in, like you've entered a movie-set for a small-town restaurant. I can't speak for lunch or dinner there but breakfast has always been amazing. The staff is very pleasant, but, more importantly, very fast and efficient. The food ALWAYS comes very quickly, exactly as you ordered it, on warmed plates. Prices are very reasonable. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Gingham's is awesome. This is the place to go after a late night getting your drink on! There menu is awesome and I love their breakfast food, which they serve all day and night. Maureen is the best waitress ever!!!!

One of my favorite places to eat no matter what time of day it is. The food is hot, great flavor, pleasant and speedy service. The staff greet you at the door with a smile and the waiters/waitresses are very personable and friendly. I particularly like the Gingham Rewards Club that sends money off coupons via e-mail. We live in St. Louis County and drive to St. Charles' Ginghams because of the hospitality and great service. Seniors get a 10% discount everyday and 20% on Wednesday. They have "specials" every day and there menu items are available 24/7 with reasonable prices.

We started going to Gingham's because Cracker Barrel gets so packed on Saturday mornings. We found the food to be excellent and the service exceptional....all without the hustle and bustle of Cracker Barrel. We call it our 'breakfast nook', and frequent it often!

I love this place! The decor is dated but, the menu is huge and the prices are very reasonable. I always love everything I order. It's a great hometown place to go.

Pretty good breakfast spot, affordable prices. Can be crowded on Sunday mornings. My favorite is the Eggs Benedict with bacon instead of the ham.

Best pancakes in town bar none. Ginghams has a full menu 24 hours a day. Friendly staff, great food, and even better prices makes this a place you should not pass up.

Gingham's far exceeded my expectations, it's ten times better than most IHOP or Denny's I've ever been to. The staff was friendly and cheerful, and the food was excellent, rare traits for most 24 hour restaurants.

I saw the ratings on Yelp and was looking for a local place to eat. I've been here in the county for several years but never stopped in. Good food and service. Something for everybody. Will try the breakfast next time.

Gingham's has to be St. Charles County's best local diner. A bunch of guys and I go up here every week or two in the evening, and this place is always packed. It's 24 hours open too, so that's always a plus. Food: The food is nothing fancy - it's a diner. But it's just plain good food. You'd be hard put to find a bad item on the breakfast menu. The lunch and dinner menus are also pretty good. I've tried multiple items from the burgers and sandwiches - not as much from entrees. Everything has been good so far. HIDDEN GEMS ON THE MENU: 1) Fiesta breakfast is AMAZING. Chorizo, peppers, salsa, eggs, all mixed in with a few other goodies. It's the best breakfast specialty item on their menu. 2) (and best) Chicken Quesadilla. I could eat those things ALL DAY LONG. They are absolutely awesome. Very crispy on the outside and very full of cheese and lots of meat inside. I was shocked the first time i ordered one. Not what I would have assumed to pick at a diner, but a buddy of mine was right. Quesadilla hands down. Service: We've always been treated very well. Some of the staff knows us by now, some don't, but the greeters and register employees have always been fast, efficient, and friendly. The wait staff has been excellent. Always talkative and friendly and fast at refills and service. They also put up with us so that's a plus. lol Settings: The restaurant is actually set up pretty nice. It can get loud when there's a full dining room, but it's fine. They do have smoking hours after 8:30pm I think, but it's really not noticeable unless you're there on the smoking side of the restaurant at smoking hours. Otherwise it never seems to smell like smoke. Overall: A rating. Good food, good service, and a fun place to hang out or have dinner. I'm a happy customer that will keep coming back.

My boyfriend and I live down the street and have made this place our breakfast spot! We absolutely love it. Some nights when I get off work late we also come in for dinner but we still get breakfast. They are open 24 hours. My boyfriend normally gets the country fried steak, I normally get the Belgian waffle with strawberries. They also have really good salads too! Come give this place a try, you won't be disappointed.

Always fabulous service. The ladies are courteous even when it's really busy. Reliable, good food. Only one request - we want an ooey gooey brownie a la mode on the dessert menu :)

This is my favorite place! I try something different every time and I have never been disappointed. My absolute favorite is the pot roast sandwich. But they have the best pancakes ever. We come here at least once a week.

Perfect spot to get a late night breakfast after taking it to the house on main street. Any of their breakfast items will hit the spot to round out your night.

Dinner food is just ok, but love coming late night for breakfast food. Great place to sit and relax or study. Salad with house dressing- great! Biscuits and gravy- always delicious, and great leftover Waffles- very fluffy. Love the fruit and whip cream on top Hash browns- always good and crispy (shredded style, not diced). Great with gravy from biscuits and gravy Apple cobbler- hit and miss. Sometimes it's great and other times it has a "canned" taste Fried chicken- KFC and Lee's are better Pork tenderloin- ehh
